What You’ll Handle
First-line support via phone, email & in-person
- Diagnosing hardware, software & network issues
- Logging, tracking & updating tickets on the platform
- Escalating complex issues to relevant teams
- Assigning fieldwork to engineers & coordinating with third-party vendors
- Responding promptly & professionally to end-user queries
- Creating detailed summaries of resolved issues for clients

- Relevant IT qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in ICT support
