What You’ll Handle

First-line support via phone, email & in-person

  • Diagnosing hardware, software & network issues
  • Logging, tracking & updating tickets on the platform
  • Escalating complex issues to relevant teams
  • Assigning fieldwork to engineers & coordinating with third-party vendors
  • Responding promptly & professionally to end-user queries
  • Creating detailed summaries of resolved issues for clients
