Our client, a Managed IT Services is seeking a technical minded Client Success Manager to join the team in Southern Subs, Cape Town. If you thrive in a dynamic MSP environment and have a knack for understanding client needs, this role is for you!

About the Role:
As a Technical Client Success Manager, you will be the trusted advisor for the clients, ensuring they receive top-tier IT support and solutions that align with their business objectives. Your mission will be to build long-term relationships, drive client satisfaction, and identify opportunities to optimize services.

Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
•Conduct regular client meetings, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), to assess needs and provide strategic IT guidance.
•Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional MSP services.
•Collaborate with technical teams to align IT solutions with client goals.
•Manage contracts and SLAs, ensuring compliance and seamless renewals.
•Act as the first point of escalation for client concerns, swiftly addressing challenges.
•Monitor service delivery to ensure top-notch performance within budget and timelines.
•Educate clients on emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role within the MSP industry.
• Solid understanding of core MSP offerings, including:
o Managed Infrastructure (Servers, Workstations, Networking)
o Cloud platforms (Microsoft 365)
o Backup & Disaster Recovery solutions (e.g., Datto)
o Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) tools
o PSA tools (e.g., Autotask)
o Cybersecurity essentials (MFA, Firewalls, Endpoint Protection)
• Strong ability to translate technical service reports into client-
friendly summaries.
• Experience in upselling and meeting sales targets within KPIs.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive approach to client satisfaction and relationship
management.
• Own vehicle and cell phone required.
