About the role:
A well‑established company specialising in security solutions, electric fencing, CCTV systems, and automation is seeking an experienced Security Technician to join their team in Table View.
Candidates must live in or close to Table View (Milnerton, Blouberg, Parklands, etc.) as the role requires availability for on‑call duties two weekends per month.
✅ Essential Requirements
🔑Qualifications and experience
- Valid Driver’s Licence – Essential
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in security systems (gate & garage automation, electric fencing, CCTV, alarms, access control) Essential
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Excellent fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to start immediately with minimal training
- A PRISA Certificate would be advantageous but not a deal breaker
Electric fence installations and repairs
- CCTV system installations
- Gate & garage motor installations and servicing
- Security lock installation and servicing
- Fault finding and troubleshooting
🌟 Added Advantage
- Welding experience
- Willingness to relocate closer to Table View if not already nearby
