A leading company is looking for an experienced Demand Planner to drive operational efficiency and ensure seamless inventory management. If you excel at turning data into actionable insights, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Analyze sales trends and market data to develop accurate demand forecasts.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal inventory levels.
✅ Manage replenishment processes and proactively address supply chain challenges.
✅ Lead demand planning initiatives, improving forecast accuracy and operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, and supply chain management. (ideally within the pharma industry)
✔️ Undergraduate diploma / degree in Inventory Management / commerce / similar.
✔️ General knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and requirements.
✔️ Strong analytical skills and proficiency in ERP systems (SAP experience preferred).
✔️ Monthly, yearly and strategic planning
✔️Experienced in working in various SAP Supply chain models is a must
✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
✔️ Ability to adapt in a high-pressure environment and drive continuous improvement.
