A permanent opportunity is available within a Finance Operations team supporting investment platforms, life products, and retirement funds. Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily investment instructions and submit to trading platforms.
Perform banking and unit reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and resolving variances.
Manage cashbooks, GL allocations, fund prices, and exchange rates.
Conduct monthly reconciliations, variance analysis, and audit support.
Build strong relationships with external stakeholders and suppliers.
Contribute to process improvements and compliance standards.
Qualifications & Skills
B.Com or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in financial services operations.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office.
Strong numerical and analytical ability with high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
