We have an exciting opportunity in Cape Town for a Technical Support Manager within the financial services sector!
Our client is seeking a skilled individual to lead the Technical Support team, focusing on delivering exceptional service to clients in South Africa and the Isle of Man.
Key Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree or AML/Compliance Qualification
– Min 3 years experience in a similar role
– Experience within an offshore financial services organization
– Proven leadership managing large teams
The Grey Listing of South Africa, has resulted in it becoming a high-risk jurisdiction; provision of these services will require a strong and detailed knowledge of AML CFT regulation to international standards.
You will be required to support the Senior Client Manager SA, to ensure the team are supported on a personal level with workload management, training and quality assurance oversight.
You will also be responsible for the production and management of up to date and detailed KPI and BMI data in respect to your workstream.
