Our client, a prominent fruit exporter, is looking for a Finance Officer: Compliance and Internal Audit in Cape Town.
Are you a Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of financial management experience? This challenging role involves overseeing Compliance Policies, Internal Audit, Risk Management, and more across multiple projects in Southern Africa. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive mindset, this role might be perfect for you.
Education & Experience:
• Chartered Accountant
• Minimum 5 years middle financial management experience
• Regulatory Knowledge and Risk Management
• Experience with Audit procedures and reporting
• Knowledge of accounting systems and processes
We are seeking candidates with exceptional multi-tasking skills and strong analytical ability / proactive and energetic – with a disciplined focus, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge in IFRS & Company Tax, proficient computer software skills (especially in Accpac & Excel), and excels in qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels, coupled with sound planning and project management abilities.
